a newly sprouted e-business

E-business.Guide

how do I use the Internet to help my business?

Getting.Started

If you are not ready to make a major commitment to e-business you can still explore how e-business tools can help your business. Typically in phase one, I would recommend that you: register a domain name, build a basic website to make your mark on the web, use email to communicate with clients, develop an e-newsletter that will help you reach prospective clients, seek out online suppliers that will save you both time and money, and test the marketplace by selling online through low-cost channels such as eBay.

Phase two might involve selling online through your own website. This would involve automating your order processing and order tracking capabilities, and developing online catalogues that can be updated easily.

E-business.Plan

An e-business plan is recommended before making any major commitment in terms of time or money. The e-business planning process is similar to any other business plan. It involves a careful review of the business concept and developing a detailed plan to turn that concept into reality. This requires a thorough analysis of the costs, the market opportunities, the product mix, the pricing strategy, and the other variables. The main difference is that an e-business business plan places a greater emphasis on the Internet as a marketplace, communications medium, and business channel.

Having an e-business plan will not guarantee your success, but it does give you a reasonable game plan and serves to highlight your business objectives.

No matter what your level of commitment to e-business, I can provide you with a low-cost strategic advantage that allows you to concentrate on your business, not on the Internet. My solutions are fast, secure, dependable, and most of all, affordable.
