March 18, 2005 - The first PROMENADE WALK for the 11:00 class was a big success. Good weather, lots of exercise, fresh sea air and a great heart healthy lunch. The salmon and the halibut were excellent. The next scheduled walk is Friday March 25th 2005. Meet in the Centennial parking lot for car pooling at 11:00 AM. You will be back at the parking lot by 2:00 PM.
